I am back home for just a few days before heading to Unseen Amsterdam where I will be a special guest at the stand of Café Lehmitz Photobooks. If you are visiting, make sure you come by, I am excited to meet you all and show you my book, in case you haven’t seen it yet.

But here is also a short recap of my last days in Italy, which were so busy they feelt like the best month I ever had! Thanks to my Italian family I finally found a space to work in Veneto and could finish two more ink on photo works inspired by the diaries of St. Veronica Giuliani.

And then there was my first time in Sicily – thanks to the organizers of Gazebook for letting me present my book ‚Until I Break‘ and so bringing me to this beautiful place. I had a tremendous time with all of you at the festival, the feedback on the book was far more positive than I could have ever imagined and I even found a new reseller in Rome: Leporello Books!

A piece of my heart is forever lost to Sicily and its people and I can’t wait to return. So long, I’ll see you in Amsterdam and then in Paris.
